Hi all

As the title says I really really really want to tell someone!!! DH wants to tell my parents face to face and they are visiting next weekend so have to try and hold it in til then. I speak to my mum on the phone most days and I'm sure she has guessed as over the 14 months i've been ttc I generally told her whenever I got AF as I got down about it. Since getting my BFP I've just tried to avoid the topic as don't want to lie and I'm sure she has noticed.

After we've told them I will be telling my boss and the girl I share an office with as there are things I won't be able to do at work so they need to know really.

After that we're not telling anyone til after 12 week scan

I'm not sure I can hold it in!!

Hows everyone else doing with the secret keeping?

Haha Wifey.....I think i might be the same!! Ive told parents etc, and a few close friends......only people id tell if something happened....what will be will be i think now!! My Oh is soooo chuffed he wants to tell the whole world!! Gotta keep the PMA up!! :)))))

We've told my parents and my BF but that's it for a few weeks. We'll tell our siblings next. Everyone else can find out after the 12 week scan. I want to tell people but DH doesn't want to yet. :-(

We've told our parents, my sister and my best friend. I'm going to try not to tell anyone else until 12 weeks but I will probably tell my boss before depending on how I feel. We told people we were trying though so I'm sure people will guess.

I've told a few

We told OH dad and sis and my parents and sis. I've also told my boss and girl I share office with and another girl at work who knows a lot about my med condition.

I want to talk about it 24/7 so its so difficult. Thank goodness for BE!!!

hi ladies, well I'm usually rubbish at keeping secrets so this is like torture! Only my DH and my BF know. I've got a 1 to 1 with my boss on friday, she said after my mc in may she wanted to know as soon as I got pg again, so I may tell her then, that and I 've just been offered a 6 months + secondement at work and need to know if still ok to accept!
other than that, don't plan on telling anyone else unitl 12 week scan, I'll be 12 weeks exactly on xmas day so hopefully get scan few days before xmas and praying everything is ok, then can give family an extra pressie hehehe :)

I think i'll feel better when I've told my parents as at least I'll have someone to talk to it about other than OH. Like you starry-eyed I'm hoping to get my 12 week scan before xmas so I can tell people and so I can hopefully be less anxious over xmas.

At least we can all tell each other in the meantime!!

Hi I am so bad at keeping secrets, it is killin me not telling everyone.
I have told my BF and I think the girls in work suspect that I am already but I want to try and wait alittle bit longer before we tell anyone else.
Got my fingers burnt last time and told everyone only to then have a chem pg and it was horrible having to tell people.
But PMA and I am looking forward to telling the world about my sticky bean very soon

I've told my mum, 3 friends and my line manager. Not telling OH's parents until their other son's baby is born in a few weeks (didn't want to take that moment away from them)
I keep nearly letting it slip in general conversation - does anyone else do that?!!

I've had tell a few people at work but other than that we haven't told anyone else. Its my liitle girls birthday in a couple of weeks and so was planning on telling both families at the same time. I even had to lie to my mum tonight when she asked me if I was pregnant when we were talking about buggies. I feel horrible now x
