...what have you got? Yes, at last, a lovely peak on my cbfm on cd 20. I now truly belive that it was the Zita West vits delaying/stopping me ovulate as i decided to stop taking them 5 days ago and now, low and behold, I'm about to ovulate.

I did a bit of research into the quantities of the vitamins in ZW's mixture and it seems that the large amounts of vit B can actually delay/stop some women ovulating....just going to stick with pregnacare from now on.

How odd about the Zita West vitamins,how long were you taking them and is this your first month on the cbfm?

Hi, sorry for the slow reply.

This is my 4th month with my cbfm. Month 1 and 2 i got my peaks on cd 13 and 14, during these months i was just taking pregnacare. On months 3 and 4 (this month), i didn't get my peaks until cd 17 and 20, these were the months that i was taking the zw vitamins.

For the past year i've been ov'ing on cd 14/15 so the last two cycles have been very unusual for me and the only thing i'd been doing differently was taking the zita west vitamins. I know that she is a fertility guru and some people love her vits but i've obviously just got a very strange body which is extremely sensitive to small changes.
