Morning, Just wandered how you are both feeling today. I was exhuasted last night and asleep by 8pm. Went for a swim which is something i'm going to try and do weekly to try and keep myself in some sort of shape. Felt i needed to as trying to take the approach of eating small meals and often. I find that its really helping me to stop feeling so nauseas. Its only 10.30 and i'm snacking on pasta and cuecumber with cheese. Fairly bland food but it helps. X

I was in bed at 8pm too. Didn't fall asleep til nearer 10pm but was so comfy. I did my first day back at work yesterday and was pooped. Don't know what it's gonna be like when I go back up to full time in a few weeks.
I really can't eat anything. Everything makes me feel sick. I know I have to try something so might try some toast or something. I miss food. thinking I might just wander around tesco tonight and grab the first thing that appeals to me and it then and there.
Can't believe we're almost 7weeks already. It's flown in. I can't wait to see bean at my scan next Friday. x

I think that its the worst feeling in the world feeling sick, but then to think about eating. Honestly if your like me it will settle your tummy. if i ever get the slightest feeling that i feel sick i totally stay off food, but hubby keeps on at me getting me to eat (the worst is breakfast) but it does help. I had a slice of toast with butter this morning. Then took pasta with cuecumber and cheese as a snack which i've picked at throughout the morning. I'll go home for lunch and have something small and its keeping the sickness at bay. I read this and totally relate to it. The nauseas is worse on an empty tummy.
Can't wait to be 7 weeks. I'm not sure if its tomorrow or thursday as my cycles vary from 27 to 28 days.
Bet your looking forward to the scan. I have my first midwife appointment then and have been told its for atleast 30mins. Not sure what they are going to do. X

welcome PinkMomma, hope everything goes ok tomorrow my fingers are tightly crossed for you- will be waiting for the news.
I have previously had 2 mc's and hoping that this one is going to stay tightly inside for now. I'm quite nieve (spelling??) and didn't realise how many people have mc or get problems during pregnancy. Its really opened my eyes. However i have a good feeling about this. I never had any preggers symptoms before and i'm past the point of mc from the last one. (can't remember how far along i was first time as was only 16)
But now i'm begining to feel excited about the pregnancy and really can't wait to have the 12 week scan and can start talking about being preggers X

Growing-a-bump - I know what you mean once you start talking to people about mc and problems it's amazing how many people have experiences. I'm sure the fact you're having symptoms and are feeling so positive that this is meant to be!!
I think that's my problem this time because of my two healthy dd's and thankfully i have been lucky enough never to have had any serious problems in pregnancy, i kind of can't belive my luck and so when i bled I freaked!! I'm still feeling sick and (o) (o) are still sore so got to have hope.x Will let you know.

Well I've managed toast so that's a start. I'm actually feeling hungry just now but have no idea what I want. Frustrating!
I also didn't realise how common pregnancy problems were. I think nearly everyone I know has had a problem of sorts. Hopefully everything is OK with this little bean. x

I'm tired all the time but my sleeping pattern is a bit odd just now. Wake up so much during the night. On the plus side I also have been feeling a little better today. Had cereal, fruit and sandwich which is amazing for me at this time of the day. Hoping I'm going to be lucky.
Had to tell my boss that I'm pregnant today as I was getting my return to work interview. He was great and has been really supportive as his wife is one of the midwives at the hospital. x

I'm pleased that you are managing to eat more. I feel pretty sick today. Been thinking that if i was actually sick i may feel better.
7 weeks now!!! Things are looking really positive that this one is staying for me. I'm so excited about that. Begining to except that i will actually be having a baby. (Didn't want to get my hopes up too early) Hubby is too as he wanted to come to the 1st mw appointment next friday but i said its not worth coming home from work for this one. He works 40mins away. I think it'll be form filling, questions, weight etc.
I think we will tell our parents in the next week. We're away with hubbys parents this weekend and my dad is my boss. So guess we should tell them. Prob won't tell siblings or other family til after the scan.

Well be feeling nauseas for the last 2 weeks but managed to deal with it by eating little and often but this morning i was physically sick for the first time : ( I'm at work now and think i may vomit again shortly (sorry if tmi) I work for my dad so may think i'll have to tell them soon as feel really rough and don't want them thinking i just can't be bothered.
Have you any of you told many people yet??? X
