Subject : Who's NOT finding out their baby's sex?!

Title says it all really!

DH and I have decided not to find out, we've always wanted it to be a surprise and think it'll be lovely to announce not only the birth, but whether it's a boy or a girl to our families and friends.

I know quite a few of us seem to be finding out the sex within the next weeks/month or so, so just wondered who else wasn't going to?!

MichyMoo, sorry am gatecrashing really as we are finding out, but I wish I had your patience. I am literally counting down the days until our scan in 4 weeks.

We are going to keep it a secret though so that we still get to announce boy or girl to the families when it is born.

We're not finding out either! Am hoping the suspense will keep me going through labour and I know I wouldn't be able to keep it a secret from family if we were to find out! I'd literally told my whole clan and any Tom, Dick or Harry I was pregnant by 5 weeks ..... not the best at keeping secrets!!

I have a dilemma.. I really don't want to find out but hubby really really does. I feel that, as he can't "participate" in everything as much as I can, do I really want to deny him this? It's a hard choice to make.. but in the end I think I'll crumble and let him find out

I am not finding out either. It would have always been my choice not to but I think OH would like to know. The policy of our hospital is not to inform parents of the sex so even if I wanted to know I would have to wait*

We're not finding out. We Didn't with our DS and loved the element of surprise.
When I went into labour we took in one pink outfit and one blue and were excited to see which one would get used.
We really didn't mind which sex we were going to have and really don't mind this time either so don't really feel the need to find out.

We're not going to be finding out. I can see how people might want to know, and maybe for the next one we would...but being our first I think it is all part of the excitinment not knowing what is going to come out in May!

We're not! Hubby wanted to but I told him it wasn't accurate anyway, and surely it would be worse to be told it was one when it was actually the other! I think I'm managed to convince him!

My sister was telling that friends of hers found out that they were having a girl recently and are really dissapointed and couldn't hide it when telling people - in fact made it obvious. Its their first. I think that is awful, As much as I would like to have a girl I certainly won't be dissapointed if its a boy, just means I have to rethink the fairy outfit next christmas!

We're not, hubby is dead against finding out. we didnt find out with Lily. I was convinced she was a girl, if they had told me she was a boy I would have told them that they were wrong!

Hiya, we both wat a suprise, i feel like thats what people ask when you announce the birth, what sex is it and how much did he/she weigh, i don't want to spoil that for us. I can understand people wanting to know though, its a long time to wait to find out!!! x
