Subject : Fennel tea?

Has anyone tried fennel tea to increase their milk supply? Is it an old wives tale, or does it work? I think we are doing ok, but I always feel a bit "empty" by the evening, so anything that would increase supply would be fantastic. I've also read it helps windy babies, is that true too?

Fennel tea?

Yes! I drink at least three cups per day and it works a treat. You can also give it cooled to lo to help with wind. Also try eating apricots, asparagus and the remedy fenugreek and you'll have bucket loads. x x
