sorry posted this everywhere cos I am just so happy, excited, over the moon, proud and pretty much every happy emotion you can feel!!!

I picked her up from nursery like normal, stood her up to put her coat on as teeming it down with rain outside. She was stood unaided really well which is unlike her, especially at nursery, so i left her standing in front of me while talking to one of her main carers jane and she just walked across to jane!!!!!

we were all stunned that it had happened and just stood there in shock looking at each other and almost saying did that really happen!!! it was home time for a lot of the staff so lots saw it!!! so we turned her round and she walked to me!!

It was amazing!!! she ended up doing it about 5 times and took about 5 steps each time!!!

I just can't quite believe it, we have been waiting so long for this!!

We have her appointment on monday for her 'non walking'!!! so will call the hv tomorrow and see if we still need to go!

She started crawling the day after i went back to work at 10.5mths and then has started walking unaided three days after i go back full time!!! little monkey!!

Just can't stop grinning and have text everyone in my phone to tell them lol!!!!

thanks girls!!! think she may be the last one to have walked!! she was doing more yesterday night for daddy so will see what she does today!! still have to go to her assessment on monday but now don't need to worry as i know she can do it!!

I was so pleased to be there cos with being back full time now i was worried i would miss it as tbh i barely see her all week as she goes to bed for a nap when back from nursery so only have about 1/2 hr with her each day.

Hurrah! Well done Chloe! That's really fab that you saw her first steps.

You'll never forget that moment as it sounds so special.

I can't really remember the very first steps already which is a bit sad. Although I do remember feeling over the moon about it!

I have goosebumps reading that as I could feel your excitement. Go Chloe!!!! I wish that could have been caught on camera as your face would have been a picture. Do they have any CTV cameras that you could see if they caputured it? Would be lovely to keep her first steps.
So pleased that she has walked and stopped you worrying. Also pleased that you got to see it!!!!!!

In a few weeks you will be on here moaning that she is walking everywhere and into everything..lol!! Actutally, i don't think you will!!!!!!!!
