I had a c-section 14 months ago and am now 10 an a half weeks pregnant, I have recently started getting a pinching and pulling pain in and around my scar, is this normal or should I get it checked?????

i can't help too much as i've only had one baby (by em c section) so don't know about prgancies after. i wld suggest that u get it checked by gp/mw/nurse or even hv from ur other child just to be on the safe side xx

Hi hon, my section was 15months ago and i am 23 weeks pregnant at about 6-8 weeks i started to get mild pains in it-my mw said this is normal as the scar will have to stretch too.
So unless its really bad i wouldnt worry too much,just keep it nice and moisturised and mention it to mw at appointment she will put your mind at rest.xxx

Thanks ladies I do think its just stretching pain but will check with mw next time I'm there
