Oh fingers crossed anyway chicky! I know it may sound daft but I didn't realise that it means I'm in my 2ww now lol. Well here's hoping! Like I said, I know people might have done it more often than we did but condering I only got 4/5 days worth of highs and peaks, we did quite well only missing one day out and that was the first High.

Yes I think you count day 1 of your 2ww as the date you get your first peak. I could be wrong though. I think you did really well, you did the business on the most important days so it's looking good. xx

Hey Chicky that mean me both got our peaks on the same day, maybe we'll get our BFP on the same day too

How many times should I BD now? I know it sounds like a stupid question but I'd be interested to hear everyone's opinions, and also will I only get one peak and what else should I expect from bu CBFM?

Hello Rainbow, congrats on your peak. Let's hope we do get our BFPs together. In my experience of using the monitor it's exactly 2 weeks after my first peak that I either get a visit from AF or maybe my BFP.

In answer to your question, my theory is bd every other day on highs, then every day on each peak, then once again for good luck on the following high. Other's may have different opinions. It's difficult to know what's best really.

You should get two peaks, your second being tomorrow, then the day after that you should get a final high before going back to low. I think it's pretty much text book stuff that part. xx

i met my hubby when i was 19 and we didn't get together until 3 years ago (i'm now 33 we married in June) we weren't meant to be when i was younger,i know it wouldn't have worked back then,we're both alot more comfortable in ourselves now and are meant to be together.... eeww sick bucket haha!!

I cant catch up proper;y coz there's too many posts and i'm in a rush, but just wanted to say wahey for all the peaks!!! I think the main thing is to BD on both peaks - and then the highs are a bonus if you can manage some of them too.

Pickle - awwwwwwwwwww no hun.... im sorry. Nothing i can say will make you feel better. I always feel totally naff until about CD4 or 5 and then i start to feel better, so just focus on getting the old witch out the way and then you're on track for a lovely August baby! ((hugs)) xxx

Ah thanks for feeling positive for me babe, but i'm not feeling it myself! Exactly one week today till she's due and i feel nothing so i'm expecting the twinges to start at the weekend and then the old cow to arrive on tuesday!

Oh and guess what? I wont even be able to let you ladies know coz im going on holiday on Sunday for a week!!!! Arghhh!! (although if the hotel has internet then i will defo try and pop on quickly to update you all).
So not only will AF arrive and upset me - but it will cause me complete agro on my holiday coz i get really heavy periods so i'll be worried about going in the swimming pool.... (we're off to Cyprus), and i guess my white linen trousers arent the sensible thing to take!
Mind you, at least i can go out and get totally sh*t-faced on tues night if she gets me coz we're all-inclusive and it'd be rude not to! ha ha.

Back to lows today so I'm feeling really happy that machine appears to be working! Read on one of the other posts elsewhere about being careful in your 2ww and I never really thought about it before. Now I'm worried because I was at the football last night screaming my head off and jumping about like a lunatic! Surely I will still be ok though if there is anything starting to happen?

EPP - i carry on exactly as normal during my 2ww....which means that i also eat & drink what i like (although i suppose the drink is slightly less if i'm totally honest)... i read somewhere that the embryo isnt connect to your blood supply till about 11 or 12dpo anyway.... and as for jumping around - i am sure that is fine!

moon&stars - woo hoo for the POAS tomorrow!!!!

Piiiiickle - where the hell do you work?? How can you be up, on the computer, and that hyper at 6.30am?! I was still fast asleep!!ha ha.

Awww Pickle, I was so sorry to hear your news. I know it doesn't make it easier but like the other girls said, you still have a couple of cycles to be PG before Christmas.

Moon&Stars - I know what you mean about the excitement of POAS. I think it's a mental thing and just makes you feel like you're doing something useful.

EPP - I do the same as Broody, just carry on as normal but I don't drink.

Broody - V jealous about your holiday, it sounds great. We're due a holiday, we haven't been away since our honeymoon to Thailand and Cambodia in March. Please take me with you!

Just re-read my post and i sound like an alcoholic!! Especially the part where i say that the bean isnt connected till 11 or 12 dpo anyway.... so i can still have my bottle of wine every night!! ha ha.

Obviously that isnt the case..... i dont drink at home during the 2ww (whereas usually i love nothing more than a nice cold glass of wine when i'm eating my dinner every now & then) - but if i have a night out during the 2ww then i would have drinks as normal... for the first couple of months i didnt really - but after 6mths of trying i just get fed up with changing my lifestyle for a couple of weeks - and then AF arriving to stick her 2 fingers up at me anyway!
Although,,,, i'm going out on Sat night and i'm driving! Which i NEVER do! Just thought i'd try and keep some PMA flowing.... well, that and the fact that i have to be up early on Sunday to get to Gatwick for our flight! haha xx
