Subject : 'Bout time I dropped by!
Well hello ladies! sorry it's been so long! Been uber busy, the kids are well and truly keeping me on my toes hahaha. So anyway what a 6mths it's been, my depression decided to make a return and with it this time came extreme paranoia so on rather strong anti-depressant tablets! Still stuck on the Warfarin due anytime this month to have my 6mth review and hopefully I can come off of it (Please God!) Also had the implant put in my arm, but I'm still bleeding! yeah that's right I'm STILL bleeding 6mths on!! waiting for an appointment from DTC to have a D&C done and have a mirina fitted. Gav had the chop done too. Cassie started yr2 very sucessfully I'm pleased to say and has suddenly come on in leaps and bounds! Emily has well and truly started the terrible 2's now, and Is driving me up the wall....well saying that it's nice that she's back to normal actually, about 5wks ago she somehow managed to break her arm, I can only assume she fell outta the armchair and fractured her Humourous bone and it twisted, so they had to operate and put a couple of wires in to straighten the arm, and then put in plaster, 2 and a half weeks later 3 days before she's due to have em out, I have to take her to the emergency doctors cos she was running a high temperature, only to be sent across to A&E to have the plaster off cos she's got an infection in one of the wires!!!! so they had to operate and remove em early! Ashleigh is getting to be a right little character now must admit, but so cute with it lol she's started shouting and babbling which is so adorable, starting to try and wean her too atm but the little monkey keeps her mouth tight shut so I'm having to try and get the spoon in and it's not that easy!!! she can sort of roll over now she gets as far as her side before she gets stuck and she's not overly fond of being laid on her front either.
Anyway that's enough babble from me, nice to be back!

Hey Taz.
See you on FB. Glad to hear your LO's are ok now. And I hope your depresson improves soon.
Erin is rolling all over the place. Is never is the same spot I leave her. As regards to food she loves food but trying to put it into a routine is a little difficult. She won't eat if she is tired and she still has 3 naps a day (bliss) She is also incredable loud, lol. Freya as her moments with her terrible 2's. But on the whole not as bad as I thought. But she has only been 2 for a week so we will see what ahppens there,
I had the Mirena coil fitted 3 weeks ago. I am currently on week 2 of bleeding but it is the best thing EVER!! My mood (had constant PMT, did think I had drpression) improved 100% with in 24 hours and I no longer feel the need to constantly eat (1 of my syptems of PMT). I no people that have had the implant and have to take the pill to counter act the syptems of the implant. So to me it kinda defeats the point really.
Take care
Kerry, Freya and Erin

Hello
I have been following your weight loss on face book and so impressed. I'm also trying to loose weight but I have no idea how much I have lost. If I weight myself or go on a diet I become obsessed with food and eat more then I should. I tried Weight Watchers before. So I cut thigs out or eats less. I have cut my bread intake by half, I have cut out crisps and biscuits altogether and cut my chocolate intake by half (could NEVER cut it out completly lol). I only drink once a week and started running a few days ago as I seemed to of come to a stand still. I can only run 10mins at a time but have to start somewhere. After having Erin I was a size 18 now I'm a 14-16.
I'm so pleased everyone seems to be good and there littleones are well.

Half a pound off is better then half a pound on.
I'm going to try and start trying to tone my tummy now. I have never had a flat tummy but I have never had a saggy one either, lol. Kids are fab but murder on our mind and body, lol.

WAYYYY HHHHEEEEYYYYYY finally I've been taken off the Warfarin!!!!!! Had my mirena fitted and implant out yesterday too, so hopefully that'll help to settle things down a bit now! gotta get thru till March then can come off the anti-depressants then that's me drug free again and I can't freakin' well wait!!!
Stayed the same at WW this week thou not bothered at least I didn't put on! Also found an activity to start doing too, gunna do T'ai Chi if I can't afford a class, I have a pretty decent book to copy it from and my OH is gunna start doing Wing Chun too

Ohh well done. Hope you enjoy it. I had a little bit of bloating when I had the marinia fitted so that could be the reason for no weight loss.
I'm gonna go for another run on monday and my diet has been terrible this week.
