Just to let you know that Maria had her tiny little girl at approx 5pm today by c section. she had a show this morning and a few tightenings. She was told to go to the delivery suite to get checked out. When the MW examined her she was 5cm dilated. everything happened quite fast after that and she was taken to theatre for a c section. isobelle came out crying and with her eyes open. She weighs just under 2lb 3oz and is smaller than Elise was. the next 24 hours are critical but so far she is doing well. maria is quite comfortable.

wow.... happy to hear all ok and that Isobelle doing well. Give Maria my love and tell her I have let the girls on March 08 (the forum all the mums know her on from when Elise was due) know that she has had her baby.

ahhh thanks so much for your replies. I will tell maria that you are thinking of them. I know she will be grateful. her OH says that Isobelle is doing really well and is on CPAP already so thats good. apparently shes the smallest there bless her.

i know it was sooner then you had hoped but i am wishing you and Isobelle all the luck in the world and hope she is not in hospital too long.
that is great she is on CPAP already, the less time on the ventilator the better.
