Hey ladies, Just wondering how everyone copes with stress? I generally find it hard to cope with stress but since giving up smoking 2 weeks ago I get myself into some right states almost every day now

Just wondering if anyone had any tips xx

Well done for giving up smoking!!
I gave up almost 3yrs a go and I still think to myself I need one. But that's probably not what you want to hear.
I feel constantly stressed, and find it hard to relax. I don't get time for a long soak in the bath, but I do enjoy a glass of wine in the evening (sometimes). If it's during the day the only thing I can do is take the kids for a walk, or put some music on. That way we can all dance around like crazy women lol x
hope someone can give better tips than me, so you can keep up with not smoking x
