Nightmares..?

Hi, I've been having nightmares or very vivid dreams for a few weeks now. I've become used to it now, but at first it was quite frightening, expecially as you never feel like you've had a proper night's rest after such a disturbed night.

I haven't as yet found anything to make sleep a better experience, I just seem to have got used to it and the nightmares have become less terrifying.

Sorry I can't be more help,
Dx
