Not looking good on the job front, the bar where I work three evenings a week may be closing down before xmas, may have something in the pipeline, but want to make sure i've definately got a job before I fall pregnant, last time I was offered a job to start 2 weeks later and found out I was pregnant in the week inbetween, meant I was too scared to tell anyone until 19 weeks coz i'm such a wimp! So may well be January for us, too, may be better as if I fell pg in Decembers cycle means baby would be due round about the same time as my two nieces birthdays, and are only six days apart, I quite fancy an october baby, anyhow, think maybe it's the libran thing - they're meant to be well balanced! DD and DS have put in an order for another boy!
When my Mum was little she always wondered why my nan had so many boys when she wanted a girl so badly (mum is the fifth of eight children, but the first girl) she thought all you had to do was go to Woolworths and pick the one you like, if only it was that easy, huh?! lol!

Think we are still on for Dec/January! Haven't been on here for ages!

I'm glad I'm not the only one in the winter gang not able to start tcc until January. I'm so broody today it hurts!! I was originally planning to start tcc in september so I'm getting really impatient. If oh changes his mind again I will not be held responsible for my actions :). I think he's finally starting to get broody though, he's been cooeing over my friends baby. I wish this house move would hurry up and come round, I'll only have 5 weeks to be unpacked, decorated and settled before xmas!! Arghhhhhhhh!!!!! At this rate I'll be too tired for upsi come Jan! xx

Mrs Fancyshoes you're not the only one with an awkward husband! If only they weren't so central to the whole ttc lark - everything would be so much simpler!

Is it just me or does anyone else obsess over predicted af, ov and edd dates? I've just spent half an hour comparing dates on various sites and writing them in my diary. Really silly I know, but it's so nice to look forward and think (pma pma pma pma pma) about what I will be doing this time next year - I am sooooo hoping that I will be either extremely pregnant or knackered from too many sleepness nights feeding a small baby. I am so sad

I wish I could start keeping track of my cycle, but no point when I'm on pill. I think I woild get quite obsessed too. It looks like I'm going to need to put back tcc again :( xx

Welcome to the forum Molly! Congrats on setting a date to TTC! So exciting!

Ladies, I am back on form I think...after a major wobble and yet another chat with dh I realised again what I knew all along- our family is not complete yet- I so want another baby and yes there is a few things I need to do to make things easier on us as a family but it is nothing I can't fix...so HOPEFULLY we are back on! I can't shake this idea that I need everything to be perfect...and really, you can way over think things. I could go round and round in circles and talk myself in and out of it. I just need to learn to trust myself and my insticts more and follow my heart. So... 5 weeks to go!!

I am currently on cd 6, we are starting after this next af!

No way! Only 4 weeks to go!!!!! Sparkling Diamond I couldn't believe it when I read that - had to check in my diary - December really is sneaking up on me! I knew it would cos I still haven't started my Chrimbo shopping!! Can't wait to start ttc. Yippee for the winter gang!

Can I join you please. We are ttc now. I class it as winter, it was freezing when I left work today.

Its our first month ttc and I am in my 2 ww but I dont think we have done it because the 2 days I was really fertile. We were at a wedding and then hubby was ill.

We got married in August and we would loooove to have a bean by december. Here's hoping xxx

Yay S'n'S!! I'm CD11...so close!! I am actually ov'ing earlier than I thought I think- quite a dark line on a cheapie opk today so probably ov'ing in the next few days. I do ov early though and have a longer LP.

Hi Winter Gang - can I join please?

Me and my husband stopped contraception in September but this has been the first proper month of ttc, although technically it was October when this cycle started! (Please can I still be let in?!)

I am now on CD19, I should of ov'd around 27th Oct, assuming I ov on CD14, and I am due AF on 12th. I really don't think we have done it this month as the week I was most fertile I came down with a stupid bug - boo!

Hi winter gang! It's lovely to see people starting ttc early - that's the way!!! We will start after my next af. I think I will ov around the 1st December so technically I'm not ttc in November, but if it changes I will let you know.

Also, in a bid to make my ttc wait more comfy I bought some lovely snugly slippers from Marks and Sparks. They have a memory foam sole and only cost 7 quid - bargain! I can heartily recommend them for helping the ttc waiting feel more comfortable - especially when they are accompanied by a nice piece of chocolate.

Hi CC, sorry to be a pain hun but could you also add Dec dates please ha ha. I have just missed the Nov posting as hubby said we could upsi from last nite but I knew he was only saying it to make me happy and so I have told him I will wait until dec (how patient am I lol)!!

Ovulation roughly 8th Dec, af due 22 Dec EDD 31st August 2010 (HUBBY's BDAY) omg how great would that be!! xx
