yep me honey, I would say def go to doc and get referral to physio - it's free. I went last week again re my SPD issues and talked about how I'm having to lift Phoebe (she's now 14lbs and is quite long so I sort of have to lift her in a certain way, like out of her pram, to avoid catching her feet , lol) and got some exercises and some tips (specific to me with my hip prob too, so don't want to pass them on, and obviously it's best to get checked yourself anyway cos we're all different)
Nice hot baths and paracetamol help lots.
love to you and laila, must catch up on FB soon x

Me too!!! Boo to bad backs!!
I'm on the waiting list to see my back surgeon again for another round of epidural injections into my lower discs. My back is probably the worse it's been since before my back surgery in 98 and it's getting worse the heavier Joshy is getting.
I'm still under physio for my spd but I'm kind of getting a bit fed up as I'm just not getting time to do the exercises each day and most days I just don't feel like it by the time Joshy has gone to bed.
Us poor girls - we're all falling apart at the seams!
Hope we all get better very soon!!!
xx

yip me too!although the sciatica hasnt returned at its worst i feel like spd symptoms and crunchy bones!evrything is sore fingertips and feet especially.apparently i have arthritis and seeing doc next week about it so not sure if its all over or not!i know this sounds mad but the more excercise you do the better and walking although finding time is sometimes the problem, defo get referred and at least its logged.
i found alternative therapies really good accupuncture etc and have spent thousands on chiropractic help and to be honest it didnt help, reflexology and reiki were good for me and also sleeping with a pillow between your ankles up to your knees is good
good luck x
