Subject : Feeling tired?

Hallo all older mums

I am 39 and ttc number 1.

Today at work one of my colleagues was taliking about a woman in her early 40s who has 2 los and who looks permanently shattered.

My mam had me when she was 41 and seemed to cope fine, my sister is 48 and has a ds of 9 and one of 4. She seems fine but sometimes tired.

How do others manage?

Tx

if you are fit and healthy age should not matter to you, lots of luck to you xxxxx

I'm 41 and going for no 3. I was a bit worried as I was absolutely exhausted carrying no2 when I was 35 but once she was here I was fine!
If you are fine now you will be when baby arrives. Keep yourself hydrated and active, get enough sleep and eat well - enjoy and don't listen to other people who are usually just jealous Happy

Thanks so much ladies

I do feel tired sometimes due to diabetes but it is well controlled (most of the time!) and I eat healthily, my weight's fine and I exercise.

I am ready for this baby to be, can't wait.

I have plenty of support both at home and at work.

Sorry for the doubts and thank you for your support ladies.

Tx
