i know how you feel i have suffered with severe depression for 7 years and it got worse after my daughter was born, i didnt feel like id bonded with her i didnt really like her for a period of time and quite honestly couldnt wait to give her to someone else even for just a few hours. After many medications and psychotherapy i have realised that it might not actually get better you just have to learn to get through it and keep thinking tomorrow will be better.i know that might not sound helpful but it does help, when you are having a bad time dont try looking too far to the future wondering when it will stop just find short things to focus on like the next feed time, nap etc.have you tried finding play groups in your area?or finding a hobby or course just for you so you have some me time?
