They say baby blues last only a few days after the birth, pnd last a lot longer. I had pnd and are prone again.
If you feel like it's lasting to long speak to your gp.

I had baby blues after my dd was born, they set in about day 3 and personally I found that they lasted 6 or 7 days, mainly in the evening I was teary. I think pnd would set in slightly later and last longer, and you would feel that much worse,
If you think you have it it's important to speak to someone - oh (?) then mw/hv/gp as they can help.
