Subject : Ofsted Ban Babysitting!!

My wife has also posted this elsewhere but I'm so shocked that I had to post on the subject also:

So here is the situation:

Two women who jobshare and are close friends are able to baby sit each other's children while the other is at work - the situation exists for several years.

That is until Ofsted find out. This is ILLEGAL as the Mothers are gaining a reward by being able to work (a reward?)

We are campaining for a change in the law to prevent this from happening.

The two mothers had to find nurseries and were threatened with court - no money changed hands between the two mothers - it is as crazy as it sounds.

There is a way round it as long as each woman babysits in the other woman's house...
