Subject : Can't stop crying all the time

I am due to give birth in 6 weeks & have never bin so scared in my life. It's my 2nd baby but my first is only 9 months old, I have severe SPD so rely in crutches to get around & in so much pain, the midwife will not recommend c-section or early induction and cannot have an epidural so I'm thinking the pain is going to be unbearable. On top of this my partner has bin made redundant. I am housebound and stressed to the hilt about how I am going to cope with 2 young babies that when I'm alone I just can't stop crying as don't want to admit to people that I am really sturggling to come to terms with everything going on around me. Sorry just wanted to get this off my chest, any one else bin in a similar situation?

dont be ashamed to admit you are struggling. every mum goes through it, and if they dont, then they are weird! go to your GP maybe, or change your midwife, you have every right to. Also, its not just upto the midwife, there will be a consultant based at your maternity hospital, do all you can to speak to her/him, about your worries concerns, there is help out there, you just need to ask, and tell people, its nothing to be embarrased of, but when you do overcome this, you will be happy again, and you will be so proud of yourself for coping. good luck xx
