i have just been diagnosed with PND and feel so alone nobody can seem to understand why i cry at the slightest thing i am a single mother with 3 children all under 5 i get up in the morning and i feel so low it takes all that i got just to drag myself out of bed the afternoons dont seem to be so bad but then once the kids are in bed and im stuck in the house by my self with no way of going out i sit on the sofa crying all night i just want to know that there are other people out there that understand what i am going through and if anybody have any tips to help me get through it i would be grateful for any advice offered
