my son is 3 and half..seems to be doing ok for few days and then reverts to having frequent accidents. and he always makes poo in under pants..I have tried keeping log of when he goes but his routine seems all over the place, he went 3 days without going and since yesterday he has soiled 8 underpants..i am at the end of my thether..pls help..any advice welcome..

oh bless him. just try not to make a big issue out of it for him as he will get upset about it. try having a quiet word with a hv or dr to see if they have any advice. i don't think its unusual to do poo in pants -my son used to do it too.
when he starts having frequent accidents do you put him back in nappies? when my son started potty training if i used nappies it would confuse him and he would then think he was wearing nappies and have accidents. sorry not more help - all kids are different and you can be sure there are kids older than yours still having accidents. best of luck x
