Subject : Out for this month :(

Bugger!

So onto cycle number 4 since MMC in March. Feeling a bit low-obviously disappointed at AF showing her very ugly face, but am also so very knackered as am currently on day 8 of an 11 day stretch (yes that's 11 days without a day off) at work!

If i don't go completely insane with count downs to 'highs' and 'peaks', checking my CP and CM, then having to organise the 'spunk run' (for those of you who don't know/remember me, my partner and i are TTC through DIY AI......ask all the Q's you want!!) , debating to test or not and then dealing with AF when she comes then my job (sorry 'vocation'!!) will have finished me off!!

Theres no hope for me *violins*

Seriously, am a bit down today so can you guys supply some PMA please!

xXx

Oh hun not sure what to say really but wanted to give you a big ((hug)) xxx

You're time will come!!!!!!!

Sounds like you have sooooo much on - how comes you have 11 day stretches for work!? I'm getting tired thinking about it - I can just about cope with my 5 day week LOL, the thought of 11 day stints has made me feel faint :-) But then I am a lazy moo LOL

TTC can be so absorbing and stressful for couples doing it naturally with work contraints etc etc, let alone without 'spunk runs' so think you are going to feel it hun along with your shifts it is bound to get on top of you......

Have you any holidays coming up? Days you chill with your partner etc?

xx

hi, we've not 'spoken' before i've only been here since may but i think i have read a couple of your earlier posts. i'm really sorry the witch has got you. i'm only in my 2nd cycle after mc but i know i'll feel just like you in 2 weeks if its not my month.
although its not happened this month it WILL happen, perhaps when you're not so stressed. you seem to have a lot on your plate so the stress is bound to get to you.
i just look at all the ladies who have got their bfps in the couple of months i've been on here to get my pma. i hope you get you bfp very soon xxx

Thanks guys!

In answer to your question Radkad78 i'm a midwife and unfortunately the NHS isn't that hot on being considerate to it's staff!! I've done two weeks back to back (5days+5days) and an extra day on a theory course in Cambridge for ultrasonography (i'm learning to scan also!). Only two more days to go then i'm off-but only for two days then back again!!
Have actually just had some seriously lovely time away with my OH for my BIG 30 birthday, which did us the world of good but we need to that at least once a month-lol!

Milliepop-Sorry to hear about your loss too. I know if you posted a thread like mine i could reply with all the right words and PMA, i just can't seem to summon them for myself! I know we'll get there, maybe this is your month?

Thanks again

xXx

Hiya, consider some PMA sent your way!

I know it is horrible when AF turns up when we all so badly want to be pg but you WILL get your BFP and when you finally get to have your baby all the stress of ttc and mcs will fade away.

I hope you manage to enjoy your 2 days off. I work for the NHS too and I was just about ready to tear my hair out yesterday as I felt I spent the whole day hitting my head against several different brick walls!

Hope you feel better soon, xxx
