Subject : Decent maternity bra

Has anyone managed to actually find one of these??? Smile

I've got one from Mothercare - it's crap and doesn't hold me in at all.
Got another from M&S (maternity one) and again that's crap - i'll add that i got measured there at the same time so i know it actually fits lol!!
The only 1 i've managed to find that's any good is actually just a sports bra from Asda - amazing. I went back to get another 1 but they didn't have any Sad

I've gone from a pre-pregnancy 34D to a 36/38DD so i do need something that will hold me up and be comfy.
Any suggestions?

Hi Kelly,

I've gone up from a 36DD to a 38F and gave up on all maternity bras, they're hopeless and made me look like a sack of potatoes. I bought some Triumph Doreen bras as they're not wired and they have been fantastically comfy and very supportive. In fact I'm dreading having to come out of them to try to find nursing bras!

I've gone straight into nursing bras!! I couldn't justify the expense of maternity bras AND nursing bras so thought I'd cut out the middle man and head straight for the nursing ones!

I've got some quite comfy ones from next- and they're not too expensive either. Failing that M&S do some okay-ish ones too... happy hunting! xxx

Hi,

I too have gone straight into nursing bras to try and save cash. Mothercare - rubbish! like you i am falling out of them. I am def getting the right size.

Miriam stoppard ones are good. I have been shopping on ebay for feminine pretty ones at cheaper prices and have had a few bargains. Happy hunting xx

Hi everyone,

I am 26 weeks and still wearing underwired I'm afraid- I'm 34GG and haven't been prepared to look like a sack of spuds yet. I have seen these bras on figleaves, and although I haven't tried them yet I will do. They seem to be good for larger sizes. I'm particularly interested in the underwired one-it's apparantly a speciel soft flexible underwire which should give a better shape.

Fingers crossed! Here are the links
