Anyone else experiencing/ed this? I have never had one before so has taken me a bit by suprise! Should i be worried? Thank you Joanna 14+3

I'd never had one before in my life but I got them a lot up to about 20 weeks. It's perfectly normal due to increased blood flow in pregnancy so don't worry! Lulu 30+3 xxx
