ramdom topic really me and DH have been away to catterick moving my sis-in-law up there and since we went my nipples have been so sore to the point were if they touch anything i could cry, they feel like they have babrbed wire wrapped round the ends of them its horrrid, they've always been a bit tender but this is a total new extreme!
went we arrived back this evening when we went to pick our girls up from my mum's, my mum has a doppler as she was a midwife for 30 odd years so i asked if she could have a listen she said she propbley would hear anything as my uterus would normal still be in the pelvis now, but when she felt it is popped out a little bit, after a few moments trying to get her bearings our little boo made there apperence!! it was lovley we haven't hear it on any scans just seen it so to hear it sounding so fast just like a train so chuffed to hear it at 9+5......
well thats it really hope everyone else is doing well!

for the nipples, try E45 cream to sooth the pain and cover it in breast pads to prevent ur bra makin the situation worse... thts wot i have to do neways and it works!!

congrats on hearin the heart bet it were such an amazin sound!!
