Its prob too early to really notice any symptoms, although i noticed sore boobs the day i was due and i dont normally get that at af time. Although youve had a terrible time the last time there is no reason to think that it will happen again.
Keep positive, tests dont usually say positive if they mean negative.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you

There is every chance this pregnancy will be fine. I had an ectopic in September and lost my right tube. I was pregnant again by November and as you can imagine was terrified. My doc sent me for a scan (found out over a week before AF was due so the scan was done on the day I would have expected AF) and the gestational sac was visible, measuring 2.5 x 2.4 x 1.8mm on a transvaginal scan, in my uterus. I was then given another scan 2 weeks later to check viability, and we saw our baby's heartbeat
Now, we are just waiting for her to make her appearance!!!
Best of luck, I'm sure it will be okay

congratulations on your bfp.
I had an ectopic in December and lost my right tube an im know 10+6.
The EPU gave me a scan at 6 wks and they saw our little lentil with a hb. I then had another scan at 9wks and everything was still looking good. i've got my dating scan on 29th July, so fingers crossed we'll get there with no problems (i'll be 13+1)
I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry too much. x

Hi Impatient
So pleased to hear its going well so far, fingers crossed - I'm still in shock really as thought I'd ovulated on right side where there isn;t a tube and was first month of TTC - so as you said 'one tube wonders'!
Good luck for the next few months

I think my doc is pretty on the ball- perhaps she thought there was no sense in waiting! Well it was too early to date at the first scan but at the second I was dated at 6+6, so at the first I would have been 4+6
Did you realise that even if you ov from the side without a tube the egg can go down the opposite one? Ask your sonographer if they see what side you ov'd from
Good luck!
