hi girls ,well im hoping someone may be able to shed some light on this!

i have had about 6 positive PG tests since 10 DPO and intermittently a few negative also,one positive test was done in the evening,i have used FR,CB and CBD,all negative on CBD(last test yesterday) some positive and some negative on FR and 1 positive and 1 negative on CB.

i went to the drs at 4+1 to ask for bloods to put my mind at rest,she sent me away and told me to stop testing and come back a week later if no AF and she would book me in with midwife etc,she said i was testing early.....i complained i had had some negative tests.she also told me to stop testing...i did manage for 3 days,yesterdays yests CBD was "not pregnant" and FR wasnt even a faint line......today i was so obsessed i didnt drink hardly anything from 7pm,rinse out my pee pot with FMU and then peed in my pot with midstream FMU..LOL!!

my boobs still hurt im still getting cramps,and i was in such a bad mood last night,i wanted to cry and had to apologise to hubby for my bad mood,i explained i thought i would get my period,he could see i was upset and he hugged me.

i just need answers i think!

i have had e mail back from private hospital and they said they will scan me from 6 weeks(i was so worried about this PG i wanted to get early scan,dr told me NHS wouldnt do it,so id have to pay)

i dont know what to think...surely if test was negative yesterday i would have started bleeding?

im so confused!!

Hello hum so sorry to hear you are going through all this, it's just agonising. I'm afraid, i can't offer any advice other than to keep waiting (prob the last thing you want to hear!). Would your af have been due by now? if so, I guess FR are your best bet cos they are the most sensitive. Just keep hanging on in there hun. Sending hugs and lots of hope and pma that this is your time. xxx

Stop panicking and stop testing. If your af is not here then its not over yet. I had this type of thing once, i was just over 4 weeks and did tests and they were neg and my af was never late. I spoke to a friend who is a high up gyn doctor and he said you are either pregnant or you are not. Your af is not here so you might be pregnant, there is no in between. It made sense to me so i stopped testing for another week.

If you get a positive on a test it is usually right, the docs wont test if youve had a positive as tests can be so accurate these days.

When were you due? If i think im pg now i never do tests until 5 weeks or until im at least 5 days late.

i fel numb and sick at the prospect of this one not sticking...if i havent started to bleed today i will go to see my regular dr tomorrow ,hes been away all week so it will be a releif to see him.

I'm sorry hun, I don't really know the answer here. I didn't want to r&r. It all sounds so strange. I don't understand why you would get +ve tests and then -ve tests. It makes me think that maybe it's a chemical pregnancy, but you are right, you would expect AF to turn up, and she hasn't.

Doctors can be so frustrating. Sometimes I honestly think they have no idea how we are feeling or what we have been through. Asking us to wait is not the answer when we need to know what is going on with our bodies NOW!

I guess you'll have to hang on for a week and go back to see the doc if no AF. I would make your appointment now so that you don't get any further delays in trying to go back.

In the meantime, try to stay calm. You've still got your symptoms which is a good sign. I am thinking of you hun and sending you big ((((hugs)))).

You are like me, 28 days, never late. It did happen to me once when i was 8 or 9 days late but i only got negative results then i had a mega heavy af. If you can try and wait till tue then you are a week late and test. Use a good test, CB or something, then if still neg go and see your doc. At least they will take you serious if you are a full week over.

all ive used are First Response ,ClearBlue digital or Clearblue,so i think they are all the best tests to use.

Oh honey, this is so upsetting i know. My cycles are like clockwork too so i knew straight away this time. I don't have any answers but just wanted to say i agree with gemm, if you can hold off, don't test now until tues and then go and see your gp for advice and DEMAND some answers. Also the thing to remember is (sorry perhaps won't help) if you stress, then af is sometimes late but as you have symptoms, hang on in there and let us know the outcome - try to do soemthing to take your mind of this - i know this is impossible as its what i try to do myself but if you can, give it a go - go out or something.
