Hi ladies

I've just found out the im expecting. Me and my oh are over the moon but im dreading telling all our familys, simply because we have already got a son who will be 3 in August and a daughter who's 1 on Tuesday. I just know they'll be funny about it. Iw ouldnt mind were financially stable, have a lovely home ect ect but i just know what they'll be like. Anyone else had this? x x

didnt want to read and run, at the end of the day as long as you and OH are happy then nothing else should matter! Familys will always come round after a while but just try and enjoy your pregnancy xx

wouldnt worry bout what ur family say aslong as ur happy as a unit then its there problem, therell cum round in the end hun.

i was crapping myself about telling my mum as i knew she would be ok eventually but i knew it would be a total shock for her as im only 22 and she thought i was on the pill and didnt want to start a family till i was in my late 20s. i just called her one day and told her. i thought its gotta be done, i didnt tell her we were trying but didnt say it was an accident as id never say that about my baby, and her first reaction was just complete shock. she was worried we wouldnt cope financially but once i explained that we are fine for money and stuff she came round and within a few hours was texting me asking what suits her best, nana or grandma lol! im sure they will come round eventually just tell them and then give them some time and space to let it sink in - dont let them spoil this special time for you

good luck im sure everything will be just fine - our families are over the moon now and cant wait to meet her!

I know how you feel, ive got twins who are 2 1/2 years a 10 month old baby and im now 18+6 and i was worried about telling MIL and her first response was 'well i hope you are going to be sterilised now!'

All that matters is that your happy good luck telling them i think you are blessed
