Hi ladies

have any of you got one? I ordered one the other day and it arrived this morning. Ripped open the packet, whipped it out, waved it across my lower belly with the gel and......Nothing!!!

Totally gutted!! I am 8+3, maybe this is too early but am sure I have read on posts here that some have found the heartbeats this early.

Any advice anyone??

Hey melissa,

I found the heartbeat at around 8+5 (i think) and it was very faint. I found it really low down just before my hair starts ( sorry tmi) and to the left.

It is really rare to find the hearbeat this early on, some people dont hear anything until the 12 week mark, sometimes even 16 weeks.

Dont worry and maybe wait a few days then try again

Hi

sorry crashing from nov, try drinking a pint of water and wait for 20 mins. You should then be able to find it quite low down just above your pubic bone, if you cant dont worry as I didn't even try until 10 weeks but some find it sooner. Also as bean is very small depends in what direction he's swimming !

Thanks lilly, I already tried the full bladder, thinking about what you do with a scan but again, nothing....I think it is probably too early to be honest, I will wait until I am 9 weeks next tuesday and try again.

Angel sounds isnt supposed to work til 12 weeks so dont worry. my friend picked it up at 11 weeks but i didnt buy mine til 15 weeks.

sorry, i'm from the due in oct forum but just wanted to say don't worry too much. I have got one but didn't get it till i was about 15 weeks as i knew it ould cause me to panic if i couldnt hear anything earlier. It says 10 weeks on the box but i have read many reviews that say that can be optomistic.
