relaxation?

Hey honey
I know what you mean, I really struggle too but what I find helps is I keep a note pad near me and everytime I think of stuff I write it down, be it stuff I have to do or phone calls I need to make or trivial things like something I remember I need at shopping on the Saturday and it's only Tuesday!
The other thing is you need to find somethign that makes your brain think of nothing else. I either do a couple of sudoku or kriss kross once I'm sat down for the night and whilst some people say it stimulates the brain, I find that because it makes me think of nothing else but the puzzle, my brains forgets everything else.
Hope that helps sweetie.xxxx

Hi girls :)
I'm exactly the same - literally NEVER switch off but think that comes with being self employed and having so much to do at home & at work. I've just come to get used to it though and i now find it very hard to just chill and put my feet up!
I'm with Em though, i do have notepads all over the place and have to write things down then most nights i'll play my brain game on the DS just to try and "switch off" otherwise i wouldn't be able to sleep!!

Yeah I play my DS or Iphone games too. It really does help.
Or even doing something like painting your nails, anything that takes your mind off the day but make sure you write everything down first, you'll be surprised how much it helps.xxxx

Ah QB it's perfectly normal. I do it at home when I think of stuff I have to do at work. A pen and paper next to your bed is good as I used to wake up worrying about stuff so I write it down and it dfeinately helps. Try a puzzle book too if you like them, I get addicted! xxx

Yeah thanks girls, nothing like support from my BE mates ha ha! It's ok, i'm normally fully clothed but still not attractive i'm sure! I was shaving my legs yesterday and the only way I could reach them was to turn to the side and hvae my leg right in the air. Nick said I looked like I was practicising synchorinised swimming! All I can say is thank god I started waxing, otherwise it will be like the bloody outback down there by now! Sorry way TMI!!!!
