Subject : Temp Charts - what do they mean?

I've noticed a lot of you saying peoples charts look good. What does a good looking chart look like? I know your temp goes up after ov, how long before it goes back down again?
Thanks
Confused Tink :\?

an ideal chart shows a temp shift at OV and should reamain high if PG, some ladies temps drop prior ro AF and others on getting AF, the high temps are caused by progesterone which provides the womb lining
