Subject : Overdue club
Hi
I thought I would start an overdue club. I am only one day overdue. I cant believe it, I thought this baby was going to be early. I am having so many tightenings and practice contractions but no consistency. Its been like that for a week now. Im getting so impatient, getting only a couple of hours sleep due to being so uncomfortable.
Sorry to moan but have to get it off my chest

hi zammo im in the same boat huni, been having strong bh for weeks now and this is my 5 th baby and they have all been early (1 ds was on time) so i really did think i would have this baby early too but nope still ere ,had a sweep on wednesday and still nowt!!argh! tried all the old wife tales . very fed up now and scared as my biggest baby was 9 lb 12 oz and they say this one is big! but wont induce me till the 17th!
not happy!lol!

I know I still have the rest of the day to go but I am due today and have had not even a slight inkling that this baby wants to ever come out. No pains, no shows, no nothing - not even sure I have definitely had BH as bump is almost always solid anyway. So not strictly a member of overdue club but pretty much sure I will be tomorrow! Man I am fed up! xx

Aw I really feel for you ladies. I went 17 days over with my daughter (I was desperate not to be induced so tried to avoid it as long as possible!) and it was hell. I got so sick of going out and people saying "havent you had it yet" I wanted to smack them one!
Just try to think positivly, its a max of 2 weeks now until you meet your baby although I understand that feels like a lifetime.

Hi,
clareyg- gosh im only 2 days overdue and already fed up. Wow your babies are big, i bet they are so cuddly when they are born.lol
I have an appointment at hosp on 16th and i hope i will get a sweep or even better have my baby by then.
Carlybarley- 17 days. omg i dont think i could wait that long. Although like you i do not want to be induced. Everyone has been txting and calling me asking have I had baby yet. It hasnt got on my nerves yet.
