Hey ladies, sorry I missed your last post Gem, but good for you, what an amazing thing to do for a child who has been through so much. You're a good soul.

Would love to meet up, will be around and about and on mat leave now until at least next May, so am free, other than the small issue of having a little one in tow! I live in Yorkshire, but trips to London are always a treat and my brother lives there with his family, am sure he would love to have me stay!

Gem having just read your post and as a mum of a 14 year old i think you are totally mad but in a good way because no matter how demanding a child that old is there are always the good bits too and I reckon just from reading previous posts you are soooooooo up for the job!
