Subject : Anyone else felt baby move yet?

I know it's still early but I have just started feeling baby move. I first felt it on Monday but just thought I was imagining things and that it was probably wind but I have felt it twice more since and as this is my second baby I am absolutely sure that it is the little bean having a wriggle. Obviously it's not kicking as such just a sort of butterflies, wriggling feeling but I know I'm not wrong.

Must say I'm a bit surprised as I know you can feel it earlier with the second but I'm only 14 + 3. Not complaining though as really nice to feel it in there.

Anyone else had any movements yet?

Hi MP, yeah, i felt mine too - i think it's because they are our seconds. I felt mine first a week ago during the scan - and it was a proper kick (even the sonographer felt it) - don't think he/she liked being pushed around, lol. Since then a lot of wriggling around, especially if i get down to see to Sam. I am only 13+3.

I think that I have been feeling baby move for a while...almost like a little tap-tap-tapping, bubbles, or butterflies. I too though this may have been wind at first, although I do now think it's baby. I think this may be unusual as I'm (OMG, just realised!) 14weeks tomorrow, and this is my first.

One person I told didn't seem to believe me, and said that it was too early, but a colleague in work said it sounded like baby moving when I explained it to her. Also, when I don't feel it, I cough, and it feels like drums being played lightly inside. What do you ladies think? Am I going mad, or imagining things?

Vicki 13+6! xx

I've been feeling the babies move from around 12 weeks but i think this has a lot to do with the fact that its my 2nd healthy PG and there are two!!

hubby even felt movement last week which i know is really early but i guess these two might be having a game of footie in there!

hi all,

I have been feel my bean for a couple of weeks... (I think..!) sadly I have got further than this in one pregnancy (no children yet) so I remember what it feel like... I feel it when I am bending over... actually just felt it now..! like a little bubble popping... its also right where I can hear the heartbeat with the doppler... maybe its wishful thinking... but either way it makes me smile..!!

i don't feel anything yet, but all of the books (dr's too, at work) say its usually around the 19wk mark before you feel anything (with first) so not to worried. Have had a few butterfly feelings and tapping but def think its guts (lovely!) and stuff generally rumbling around.

Can't wait to feel things, and for hubby to feel things

I first felt a gentle tapping at about 14 weeks. Not very regularly though. Now it is daily and is a combination of fluttering/flickering/tapping from the inside. I feel it more if I am lying on my front or side or am leaning against my tummy. It is on the same side and area that I know the baby and its legs are.:\)
Can't wait to feel proper kicks!
