Subject : rights to have section at 38 weeks

ive been in and out of hospital and been reallly ill through out this pregnancy, was fine with 1st! been told that not allowed my section till 39 weeks even though can hardly move. my 1st was born by section at 38 weeks as he was booked in for then but as it happended he came 3 days early and was a good weight of 7" 6oz. Does anyone know your rights in demanding it at 38 weeks ? pkease help, dont know where to to turn to x

you cant demand a section honey, if u have had one before they are most likely to offer you one however there has been talk that elective sections will not be carried out until 39weeks + due to before having a slightly higher risk of probs with baby.x
