Subject : sorry to crash ur forum but is this a good dad??

My sister and her ex split sum time ago dylan lives with his mum. Now the feuds between them both have got so bad that solisitors are ivolved because of him. The ex lives with his mum and dad now, the ex mother in law is so vindictive that now the oldest son wont come home as she has twisted his head to hate his mother were not quite sure what she has said alls we know is it must of been bad for the oldest son never to want to come home anymore or even speak to his mum??? The ex now has a new girlfriend which is over an hours drive away. The agreement made by the solisitors was he picks the younger son up from skool on a wednesday gives him his tea the brings his back for 7 o clock he then has him over the weekend picking him up satuday morning 8am dropping him off at school on a monday but his version of this agreement is to pick him up once on a wednesday then keep him until the monday morning? However once he picks him up on a wedneday he then travells off to his girlfriends and leaves his mum to look after my nephew who tries to make him lie to his mum about the warabouts of his dad the kid is only 4 years old! my sister cannot go and pick her son up as she has a very very short temper and cant even look at the ex mother in law without wanting to punch her so its safer all round if she doesnty go if i go i cant exactly do much to get my nehew back to his mother as she just shuts the door in your face. the ex seems to think that my sister is a bad mum as she has moved his skool as it it closer to where she lives as he cannot be relyed upon to pick dylan up ansd take him to skool everymorning as there has been occasions where she has waited and not even a txt to say he aint coming making dylan late for skool as she wud then have to ring a taxi another plus is at his old skool the ex mother in law works as a dinner lady an tries to get in all his classes!?!? he also seems to think that she just wants to hurt dylan as ' she wont let him see dylan' when y should she if he cant keep to an agrreement so dylan can get into a routine and know wen he will be and wont be seeing his daddy the ex mother in law also thinks she is a selfish bitch?? my sister grew up without a father and doesnt want the same for her child so she hounds him to have dylan when she knows he is not where he is ment to be i.e at his girlfriends, i like to keep the peace and be the go between between them both and see both sides to the picture but i do think im siding with my sister i i thought my sister was out or oder or unfair i would tell her Does anyone else think he is not behaving like a proper dad????

sorry for the rant everyone !!! im just getting sick of it and not having anyone to talk about it to

sounds horrible chick and just shows the complete lack of intelligence that the mil has if she would do that to her own grandchildren, what a stupid cow, has your sister went to the sol and said that daddy isn;t taking her, I'm almost sure that if he himself is not minding the child as agreed she is not obliged to send him over there especially if he is being poisoned by that cow.

Really feel for you mrs do people forget the child is the most important not themselves. xx
