hi all am new to this never been on the web this is great !i have a 12mnth old son who wnt go to bed at night and am 18wks pgnt and me and my patner are exhuasted also even tho got awhile to go gettin nervous bout the cs and how am guna cope !

hi, i had the same problem, my son would not not sleep, its important to have a lead up to bedtime, bath, story, warm milk, kisses and cuddles. then say bedtime and leave the room, don't go in right away if he plays up wait a little bit and then go in give him a kiss and say goodnight nothing else.
