Hi, I am wondering if you have got your man on Vitamins to help his sperm count and quality? We have only just started trying and I am wondering if there is a multi vit avaliable for men when they are trying to convceive?? I've got my DH on zinc, B12, B6 and I am force feeding him brazil nuts for the selenium! My DH uses the tight pant thing to make sure I am doing enough clothes washing - he likes saying 'don't make me wear the sperm restricters' at the moment!

Haven't found a decent vitamin for him that includes all the things he should be getting - I just keep making him take more and more different ones. He'll be rattling if I stuff any more down him!

Apparently caffeine is good for sperm's mobility - But hubby said in a really sad little voice "Please don't make me drink that disgusting stuff" - Of course I won't, was merely telling him over dinner... Now where are those brazil nuts I got him as a gift??!? x
