Subject : Question about AF after a chem pg...

Hi Ladies,

I dont post in this forum very often so firstly hello to you all.

I had a mmc & erpc in early Jan and we have been trying again since feb, I found that my af took ages to come after that (it finally arrived in mid march).

Last month I had a chem pg and I just wondered if anyone knew from experience if your cycles generally return to normal after a chem pg. I havent used my cbfm or any opk's this month so not sure when Im going to ov or if I already have this month, as we decided to relax a little, but im a little anxious as to wether or not they'll be pretty much normal as wasnt pg for very long.

thanks ladies xxx

Hi Laujai, sorry to hear about your 2 mcs. I had an early mc at 5-6 weeks. It was quite drawn out as I was bleeding for 4 weeks on and off but my first AF started 16 days after the bleeding finally stopped. I'm now on first cycle of ttc again and ov'd on cd19, so more or less back to normal for me.

Hope your cycle returns to normal quickly, xxx

Hey laujai...I had early mc at 6+4 in May and got af atfer 38 days, from being usually 28 days. I'm now on cd23, having finally ov at cd21 (at least I now know ebay cheapie opk's do work ha ha!!) 7 days later than I used to before af. So, in my experience my cycles are now longer than they were before mc.

Hope this helps xxx
