my little boy is 6 months now and is on one meal a day at 5 oclock and having 5 8oz bottles of aptamil 1st milk. as he is is 6 months now should i change him over to aptamil folow on milk or just leave his on what he is on?

hi, if ur lo has a varied diet then the 1st stage milk is fine until 12mths, if not then switch to the follow on as it has more iron in it and the right nutrients, i switched at 6mths as lolah was only on 1 meal a day, so i knew she was getting the iron etc from somewhere as at 6mths they lose their natural store of iron. hth. xxx
