Hi all just wondered if anyone has found anything to help with back ache in pregnancy? i knew to expect this now im coming nearer to the end as i had it with my daughters but im just so uncomfortable in bed at the mo! i find cushions help,iv got some tiger balm to try but i cant reach my back myself and hubby is away in canada with the army!anyone else having achey back and hips/pelvis?
