Hi Ladies

I haven't posted in so long but have kept popping in every now and again to see how you all are!

Basically on the advice of my counsellor I took a step back from TTC. As you may remember I need to loose lots of weigh to improve my chance of BFP but I was doing everything in my power not to loose weight - confused?? So was I! So I'm busy working through lots of "issues" to get to the root cause then hopefully it will all fall into place.

It's only very early days but lost two and half pounds last week so in the right direction!

Glad to be back!

Moonbeam - thats what's so annoying I am so ready for a baby and evertime I get AF am, genuinely gutted - trust me to have bloody screwy wiring!!

Hey Blue! Missed ya!

Well done on getting back on that weightloss wagon. I'm trying my best but it is so easy to screw things up :-(

I'd like to lose 70lbs, which sounds quite daunting, but I'm trying to stop eating quite so much junk. Not doing too badly so far....

Hi Gypsy!!

My counsellor has advised me to plan my meals and snacks for the next day the night before and try to stick to what I've written down. If I go to have something that's not written down I have to ask myself "Do I need this or want it?" then leave it for five mins. If I still want it I have to ask myself "How will this help me become a mother"?

It works sometimes but not everytime!!

I am so doing this and so are you!!

chick you do not have a screw loose at all this is an awful thing to go through most people just take baby making for granted and when you are down whats the first thing we all do munch on foods that are high in fat and drink LOL

Good on you for putting in the effort and really hope it works for you big kiss

Welcome back Blue! I know how you feel, I'm not coming on here as much as I used to. But I catch up when I can.
Fingers crossed that you work through your issues. I had counselling about 8 years ago for 18 months, I found it very beneficial!

Good plan :-) Planning out meals in advance is a good way of sticking to things - especially if you're only buying food for those meals.

Randomly I also got AF today - first time I've had a 28 day cycle in forever!!
