Subject : cd53 and in agony! PID??

Longest cycle ever is still on going putting me on the grand total of cd53 today! Decided I was not going to think about it this weekend but my body will not let me forget! Went for a lovely walk in the peak district yesterday with hubby and fell asleep in the car on the way home. Woke up with (what I thought) was period pains. I was actually pleased to start off with as I just want AF to hurry up. However 24 hours later the pain is just getting worse and no AF. Been on the loo all day with diarrhoea (sorry if tmi) and generally feeling crap! Cant eat. I had got excited as I had stupidly convinced myself that I had finally ov last weekend and now in pain! Had pelvic infection in Oct which was quite similar to this but worse and put me in hospital. Not sure what to do. Wait and hope AF comes and pain goes. Ring docs in the morning as if it is another pelvic infection it could be damaging my fallopian tubes or just wait and see (slightly delluded here) if it is just extremely painful immplantation.

Help please as I am in alot of pain!

Def go to the docs tomorrow to get checked out. I've had PID twice and I felt like I had flu as well as extremely painful contraction like pains in my side. Best to get checked out to be sure xx
