Hi ladies

Well I haven't been on here for ages, things have been so busy!

Just thought I'd give a little update (please feel free to add your own too Smile )

So Roo is now 5 & half months & doing really well, he weighs around 20lb now & has learnt to roll back & forth & has in the last 2wks developed a commando crawl/shuffle type thing that gets him about our living room at an ever increasing speed Happy we are super proud yet also pulling our hair out as he just seems to get into mischeaf now LOL!

We started on solids when he was exactly 5m but gave up after a week as he hated it - well hated is a bit strong but he really wasn't interested, so back to Mummy's liquid gold for now - which is becoming a bit hard as he also cut his first two teeth about a month ago & I get frequent nips Surprised

We still haven't moved him into his own room yet - mostly because we still haven't got round to buying a cot so he is still in a crib in our room - which makes life easier as he usually gets up twice in the night for a feed

He is a happy little chappy & spneds most of his days rolling around or trying to crawl after the cat (with some success - much to the cats horror LOL! ) he also loves having his big sisters around - I think he'll enjoy them being off for the summer

hope you & yours are all well?

Sarah & Roo

Sounds like hes coming on a treat hun.
Jack is rolling back and forth too and has also cut his to bottom teeth! We're now mixed feeding which has made a huge difference as he seems more content now and can go longer than 2hours without bbeing fed and is almostt sleeping through (currently 7:30pm-5am ,feed then back down till 7ish) Jacks still in our room as we cant quite afford carpet for his bedroom (big gas n lecky bill) but im quite happy to still have my baby in our room. We've started weaning and he loves it hes only on 1 meal a day so far and im managing to make fresh for him . I think he would eat and eat my boy!
hes also weighed 19lb 13 at 22weeks!

Hiya hun, glad Roo is doing well! Al's also a happy chappy, we started him on solids just over a week ago which he is loving - I can't shovel it down him quick enough for his liking! No teeth as yet and no signs of them coming through - fine by me as I'm still bfing too! He's still a wee shrimp and had only put on 2oz in two weeks but I'm hoping that now he is on solids he will get a bit beefier! He's very active though, just this morning I went into his room to get him up for his feed and he was doing press ups!

Alexander is 27wks so now sitting and rolling etc still puking with abit of reflux but as he was weaned abit earlier its been a big help. Still an average size of about 17lb although i think he grew during naptime yesterday. Going to do the odd days of work before going back properyl so introduced afternoon bottle for nursery but have kept it the same everyday so sometimes other people can help. Still BF breakfast and bedtime amazingly enough. I didn't think he would ever sleep through but as a rule he soes down around 7.30pm and up 6.30am and sometimes maybe more if his 2 yr old sister didn't make so much noise in the morning. You wonder where those last 6mth have gone when it happens. Ooo still waiting for teeth proberbly for the best when still BF. Heres to the next 6mths and a busy xmas and january birthdays at least we can shop in the sales!
