Subject : GOING OUT

Hi,

i have a 10 day old baby and i am going to be out at the weekend for about 6 -7 hours so i was going to express a few bottles. I was going to keep them in the fridge and then transfrer them to an avent bag. Am i best heatig them up for carrying them about or keeping them cool?

GOING OUT

I was told to trow the milk out an hour after warming it up. So I would keep them cool and warm them up when needed.
