just wondered if acupuncture helped any of you
1) regulate your cycles
and
2)get pg???

Hi Rach, I had my gorgeous baby girl 3 weeks ago....conceived after 3 months ttc (and sorry if tmi but we didn't have a lot of sex due to one reason or another, in fact the month we got pg we only did it once) I was charting my temperatures and cervical mucus but also had acupuncture, 2 sessions a month, one around ovulation and one just before period and think it did help. we tried for 7 months, fell on the 8th............wow I was a TTC pro......literally tried everything....AC, starflower, vitb6, preseed, orange pants, EPO, CBFM.....the list is endless......I had a short LP of 8/9 days and a cycle of 21/23 days.......

In the end I tried acupuncture and the month after i got my BFP......I really think it helped.....I did have 3 sessions....

I am hoping to use it to soften cervix etc when I hit 37 weeks xxx

i've not had it for ttc but i am trained in acupuncture and when i did the course we were warned certain points would bring on af. next day of the course nearly every girl on it had started af.

i use it for back and joint problems and have great results.

Hey hun - i booked an appointment to calm me down really after my mc.....i didnt get to have the appointment thouga s i got my bfp before it came round! So maybe just knowing i had it booked calmed me!

I have heard great stories about acupuncture - good luck! xxx

I was TTC for about a year, went for Acupuncture for about 3-4 weeks and got my BFP!!! I don't know if it was the acupuncture itself or the fact that I was having a bit of 'me' time every week or so but either way, I got that all important BFP! xxx
