Hi diana, im sorry to hear that your 1st pregnancy and labour didnt go as expected! It must have been a stressful time for you so its no wonder that it causing you concerns now your ttc no 2!
Is there a pre eclampsia web site or something like that which will give you all the imformation that you need?
If im not mistaken i think hjanea had this with her pregnancy too, maybe she could offer you some advice!
Good luck hun and i hope it all goes well for you. xxxx

Hi diana
I kinda know how you feel... i am currently ttc my first baby but i'm really worried coz i have high blood pressure and i am on medication (pregnancy-friendly stuff though coz the doc knows we're ttc)!
It means that i am at an increased risk of eclampsia & pre-eclampsia and the thought terrifies me.
At the end of the day though.... i HAVE to do this. I have wanted to be a mum forever. I can't remember a time when i wasnt broody - and i also want more than one child, so i know i'm going to have to go through this again!
Just focus on what we get at the end... and if you manged once, rhen you can do it again!
Good luck xxx

Hi Diana, I am currently the same as yourself!!
Why not check if your local maternity unit has a drop in clinic for people ttc. Ater I had my dd My consultant advised no unplanned pregnancies and to visit there ttc clinic which is run one afternoon a week.
I was advised that i would be started on medication before i fell pg and monitered very closely. My advise is speak to your doc they will give you a bloodpressure check and help prevent or manage troubles! sorry for waffeling, goodluck xx
