I wish I had some tips for you but I am struggling as well.
Work is a nightmare because I work at two heat presses which kick out 200 degrees of heat each and then at night I am forever tossing and turning because it is too dam hot.

Then again if it was raining I would also be moaning! LOL!

I'm not too bad today because it is ovely and sunny and ther is a little breeze, but the last 2 days at work have been awful as I work on a hospital elderly ward without a/c and no fans allowed. Our uniforms are hot and its hard physical work!
g is going for storytime at school this afternoon and its up a steep hill-I think we'll be going very slowly.

i'm coping terribly! i'm a bridal shop manager and getting girls in and out of dresses is proving interesting i can tell you. i do have some relief in my broomcupboard office though (only slightly mind!) then of course it's the glorious public transport and walk home - oh joy!
i've closed all the curtains in the house today in the hope that when i get home later it'll be like a fridge.

Coping?!?... No esp during mammoth bd sessions! We have a 3 storey house ..our bedroom is on the top floor, and we both ended up sleeping in the lounge as it was cooler - we camped out though which was quite fun! x

I love the sun, don't want it to go!

But thirty sweaty children in the classroom is quite a challenge! Especially in the afternoon.
