Subject : Went swimming in the sea this morning at 7am... New attitude

So i woke up today at 6am (im an earlybird, hubby is a night owl lol) and immediately POAS (BFN but AF not due for four more days), logged onto BE and began obsessing and symptom spotting like its going out of fashion... Why do we do this to ourselves? I broke up from work yesterday for 10 days half term so enough now... No more obsessing and stressing and try to enjoy being off work for a bit. I live about 20 seconds away from the beach (you can see it from my lounge!) and so, at 7am, decided to go for a swim in the sea. I've lived in this flat for over a year and its the first time I've done it but OH MY GOD. It really helped put things in perspective. I was the only one on the beach, the sun was sparkling on the water and it was amazing. So my new plan is to do the swm every morning while im on holiday, spring clean the flat and then spend the next ten days just relaxing and catching up with my friends. No more obsessing (I hope!). There's no need to reply, just writing it all down helps me to stay motivated lol xx
