Would you want to know sex of your baby before birth?

Subject : any furry babies (scaled, feathered or otherwise)

Along the lines of getting to know everyone, does anyone have any pets?

We have a rabbit named bunny. She is adored by the children. I think the best purchase we've made was the rabbit just to see the children worry and care so much for someone outside themselves. My three year old tells bunny all her "worries". She sits by the hutch and confides in her. And they wake up each morning and rush to tell her good morning. It's sweet.

Awww we just have fish. We did have a dog and rhys adored him but we had to get rid of him about a month ago. He was a rescue dog and although fantastic with rhys he kept running away. He jumped out the windows all the time and it was too much running round looking for him all the time especially if in on own with rhys.

I don't have any pets, but would love to get a dog, as I was brought up with them. It's taken 9 years but have finally convinced OH that its a good idea. We won't actually get one though until one of us is at home more often.

We just have a lot of tropical fish. I can't name them all as they're my husband's babies! We both love cats but currently live in a flat so it wouldn't be fair to keep them. However, flat is going on the market after my 8 week scan and assuming all is still well with the pregnancy we'll be moving somewhere big enough for a baby AND a cat. How exciting!
